Atsugi Factory produces prefab pipes for nuclear, thermal, and hydro power plants and constructs rahmen for power generation and transformation. Atsugi Factory, is ISO-9002 certified, licensed by both MITI and the Science and Technology Agency, has advanced welding technology, and its products are welcomed by many customers at home and overseas.

History

1962	Started as Tsunashima Factory.
1970	MITI licensed welding shop.
1986	Moved to Atsugi City. Changed the name. Atsugi Factory.
1989	Welding shop licensed by Science and Technology Agency.
1990	Passed the second class evaluation standard for the welding shop by The Power Generation Technology Inspection Association
1995	Obtained ISO9002(Quality System) certification.
1995	Passed the first class evaluation standard for the welding shop by The Power Generation Technology Inspection Association.
1998	Obtained ISO 14001 (the environmental management system) certification.
2002	Obtained ISO 9001 (Quality management system) certification.
