In order to distribute electricity in a safe and stable manner, substations are generally located near hydroelectric power plants (in the mountains) or thermal power plants (near the ocean), or in underground spaces in cities.
We have continually improved our technologies and accumulated experience for many years as a Toshiba Group company having specialized expertise for installation and construction.
Transformers, particularly those destined to mountainous areas, are disassembled before being transported to the installation site because of the constraints for transportation. We use our outstanding expertise to assemble transformers on-site.
We also conduct EPCC business for substation construction mainly in Asian markets.
