In order to prolong the life of plants, the maintenance of aging pipes and equipment is crucial. However, it takes a lot of time and effort to inspect the conditions of plants and equipment.
We employ three-dimensional (3D) laser scanning, drawing on our experience in plant engineering, in order to drastically reduce the costs of these surveys.
Examining measurement data with a client's preferred 3D CAD tool and our proprietary 3D Panomap panoramic viewer makes it possible to identify any discrepancies between the actual and initial design conditions. This also helps improve design quality. The use of data with high reproducibility and accuracy facilitates and enhances the safety of design and construction.
3D laser scanning is also used to preserve data on historical monuments.

Key Points
  • As a plant engineering company, we can offer clients with our expertise for 3D laser scanning right from the consultation phase.
  • If you do not have any 3D CAD tool, you can use our 3D PanoMap panoramic viewer on a PC to perform advanced functions such as interference and installation precision checks.

RFID Solutions

Contributing to the smooth management of personnel, assets, and money at offices, production facilities, and academic institutions

RFID Solutions RFID Solutions
RFID Solutions RFID Solutions

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) uses radio waves to automatically identify and track RF tags attached to objects in a close range. In broader sense, RFID includes non-contact IC cards represented by Suica and PASMO.
Many types of RF tags are available. The use of RF tags according to specific applications provides wide-ranging solutions for distribution, production management, and security systems.
Drawing on our extensive experience, we offer various solutions, including entry/exit management using transportation IC cards (such as Suica and PASMO), or whereabouts management (presence management) using active tags that can operate a few meters from RFID readers.

Major Projects Completed
  • Security systems: Entry/exit management, guest management, PC login management, photocopier management, etc.
  • Cashless systems: Cafeteria payment systems, vending machines, etc.
  • Campus card systems: Attendance management, ID management, facility management, sales management

Total Security Systems

Offering total support, ranging from the establishment of required security levels to system deployment

Integrated Security Systems Integrated Security Systems
Integrated Security Systems Integrated Security Systems

Demand for enhanced security is growing both in business and in our daily lives. However, since factories, office buildings, and schools have their own detailed criteria for security, it is difficult to estimate cost effectiveness.
We offer progressively advancing safe and cost-efficient technologies such as IC cards, biometric authentication (fingerprint, vein, iris), surveillance cameras, and vicinity sensors for various applications, including building vicinity management, entry/exit management, and information access management.

Key Points
  • The high-level security initiative for existing facilities and equipment is one example of our flexible services that satisfy our clients' requirements.
  • All forms of security are supported, ranging from personnel, production line, and vicinity surveillance to overall factory security.

Monitoring & Control Systems

Providing SmartGuts and other surveillance control systems for medium-size facilities

Monitoring Systems Monitoring Systems
Monitoring Systems Monitoring Systems

We offer "SmartGuts", a cost-efficient energy management system for small- to mid-size facilities and "Kanchan Check!", a simplified monitoring system for infrastructure operators.
SmartGuts is a platform capable of visually representing the energy consumption at facilities and providing central monitoring of equipment. SmartGuts can be applied to various fields, including manufacturing plants, power plants, and transformer and building facilities. SmartGuts is cost-effective since it can be used on PCs and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Key Points
  • SmartGuts

A package supporting energy management, energy supply facility control, and facility monitoring

  • KanchanCheck!

A hardware and software package for creating your own surveillance system. You can use KanchanCheck! just by plugging the facilities to be monitored into external terminals.

Major Projects Completed
  • Factory transformers, manufacturing plants, incinerator plants, etc.

High-Speed Data Gathering Systems

Gathering data from control networks at an interval of 10 ms and displaying trends on a real-time basis

DA5000 is a high-speed data gathering system linked to control networks (MELSECNET, FL-net, P link, etc.) that are widely used for control systems composed primarily of PLCs. DA5000 gathers data from the networks at an interval of 10 ms.
DA5000 is cost-effective as it runs on Windows PCs. The gathered data are displayed on a real-time basis, and historical data can be displayed as trend graphs. Amplitude and time axes can be enlarged and reduced at an arbitrary scale factor.
The fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis function for checking the frequency spectrum is optionally available.
DA5000 can also be used as a client server system that supports remote maintenance.

Key Points
  • DA5000 runs on a PC and gathers data at an interval of 10 ms (depending on the network memory refresh frequency).
  • Data gathering supports an area of up to 4 Kwords.
  • Gathered data can be displayed as historical trends to enhance troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Arbitrary subsets of data can be selected and converted to CSV files.
  • The FFT analysis function is optionally available.

Disaster Information Announcement Signage

Disaster Information Announcement Signage

We are engaged in the construction of a wide range of digital signage systems, including display systems for commercial facilities and office buildings as well as large LED video screens. We provide digital signage systems suitable for customersf applications, support customers select the place of installation, offer proposals for optimal system operation, and provide support for the delivery of messages. The digital signage systems that we offer can also be synced with customersf systems.
Our Digital Signage Features "Office Communication Signage"FIt can be used as a tool for communicating internal information to employees. We can provide a system that support separate operations for messages targeted to all the sites of your company and those targeted to a specific site. Real-time message delivery in sync with a live streaming system is also possible. gDisaster Information Announcement Signageh: We have a track record of providing "Disaster Information Announcement Signage" at commercial facilities that can provide necessary information in the case of a disaster. We also propose digital signage system that provide not only general disaster information but also information specific to the location.
